Colby Purcell, Joshua Daugette, and Irma Bautista all brought home top-ten finishes Saturday afternoon at the Millikin University HW Wright Invitational. Both teams finished third of three total teams on the day.

Over 400 runners took to the course on Friday evening for the National Catholic Cross Country Championships hosted by the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind.
Both the men's and women's cross country teams would brave the early evening heat with close to 300 other runners in Charleston, Illinois for the Walt Crawford Classic at Eastern Illinois University.
The men's and women's cross country teams kicked off the 2013-14 season in St. Louis, Missouri at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird, hosted by Washington University at St. Louis.
